"The staff was professional and warm-hearted. When we arrived early on our first day, they kindly provided us with a room at their earliest convenience—12 pm instead of the usual 2 pm. We're really grateful for that! On our first day, there was a BBQ party. While the food took a bit longer to arrive at the table, it was delicious. My boy especially loved it. The other dishes were great as well."

"This hotel is a perfect choice for families with kids. There is a large yard with lots of outdoor facilities. It exceeded my expectations."

"We absolutely loved this place! Surrounded by natural forest and fresh air, it's perfect for relaxation. Very child-friendly and also a great spot for evening events."

"I like the location and the opportunity to get joined with nature, fresh air and winds. Also I like supportive staff; this time we had a minor problem regarding the heating which was figured out immediately by the staff. And also it was great that the resort's management started a renovation program."

"The place is nice with awesome nature. I enjoy long walks. The territory is big enough, and the park is beautiful and large. The staff is very lovely"

"I didn't like that there was a lot of meat, which was also too spicy for children. Please take into consideration that many families with kids visit, so it would be better to have less spicy dishes."

"Wonderful location, fresh air, mountain landscape, a lot of trees, many activities and pretty various cuisine. Was surprised by existence of small swimming pool and children playground that weren't showed on the photos. Would like to mention the very nice evening activity with the songs and guitar music near the campfire, also the tea and juice were served - it was great under the starfall! =) Also it was very relaxing to get in the hammoks placed at the different locations on the territory. Moreover, we have even managed to visit the ruins of 900 year church - with toddler and baby in a stroller. Separately should be mentioned that management is very responsible - the day we moved in the panda park has got some damage, but the next day it was already repared!"

"Dresser in the room is longing to be changed to the new one - the shelves are pretty hard to close. Also it would be nice to get some bottled water in the room as there are no markets nearby."

"This is a perfect place for relaxation. Forest, wild birds, mountain winds and You. Meditation, self-disclosure and self-recognition. Room was large, with balcony. Kitchen is awesome. Variety of food is amazing."

"The only thing was uncomfortable bed. Although it was king-size but old and rough."

"A hotel in the middle of the park, very fresh air and lots of places to walk around. Though there may be lots of people, there is enough space so you can have a separated place for you to enjoy nature. Breakfast and dinner are quite good for the price. Our room was very big, with all the required supplements. The staff was very friendly and supportive, it's obvious that they care about you! We will definitely come back."
