"Просторный номер, панорамные окна, очень хорошая кровать, есть стол, и ещё журнальный столик, шкаф, тумбочки, тапочки, чайник, холодильник, фен, шампунь, гель для душа, бальзам для волос (отдельное спасибо, далеко не везде есть), зубные наборы..Обогрев в номере с помощью кондиционера. Иногда включали, было тепло. Вкусный завтрак. Интернет телевидение. Очень дружелюбный персонал."

"1: We arrived by train at 03:50 in dead of winter, and a (sleepy) young woman was waiting for us. 2: We were offered a nice late checkout, considering out late arrival. 3: Breakfast was generous and superb and included remarkable coldcuts and cheese as well as hot eggs and various breads, yogurts, and the best apricot jam on planet Earth. It requires a short outdoor walk to the restaurant, which in our case was icy and bitter cold. Good way to build an appetite. 4: The underground pool is magnificent even in the coldest months of the year."

"It would have been much nicer had they arranged the 3:30am taxi pickup at the train station as requested. Instead I spent my first hour in Armenia in the dark and -20⁰C trying to get a response on the GG app. (never succeeeded) In fairness, they very wonderfully helped unravel taxi troubles the next day."
