"ευγένεια, καλό πρωινό, άνετο δωμάτιο κέντρο της πόλης"

"Το δωμάτιο είναι μεγάλο και καθαρό. Είναι στο κέντρο του Γερεβαν, 5 λεπτά από την πλατεία Δημοκρατίας. Το προσωπικού ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να με βοηθήσει για το που θα βρω συνάλλαγμα. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό με σπιτική μαρμελάδα και 3 είδη τυριών και παραδοσιακό ψωμι και αυγά. Η κυρία στο πρωινό γλυκιά και ευγενική. Μου άρεσε ότι άμεσες απαντούσαν σε ερωτήσεις μου. Μου έστειλαν ταξι και επειδή δεν είχα συνάλλαγμα (600dram) τα πλήρωσαν για εμένα. Και το μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην γλυκιά κυρία στην ρεσεπσιον. Ευχαριστώ πολύ θα ξαναέρθω."

"Στο κέντρο της πόλης, λίγα βήματα από την πλατεία Δημοκρατίας. Πολύ μεγάλο δωμάτιο, στην πραγματικότητα διαμέρισμα. Πεντακάθαρο , πολύ δυνατό κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι που δημιουργούσε την τέλεια ατμόσφαιρα στην κρεβατοκάμαρα. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ικανοποιητικό πρωινό. Εξαιρετικά η μαρμελάδα το γιαουρτάκι και το ψωμί. Πάνω από όλα όμως εκείνο όμως που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή ήταν η Jannet. Στα 20 χρόνια που ταξιδεύουμε στον κόσμο τέτοιο εξαιρετικό άτομο δεν έχουμε γνωρίσει. Ο ορισμός αρμένικης φιλοξενίας. Μας φιλοξένησε την πρώτη μέρα που φτάσαμε πολύ νωρίς. Ήταν εκεί με χαμόγελο για ότι της ζητουσαμε. Την ευχαριστούμε μέσα από την καρδιά μας."

"Οι πολλές σκάλες για το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο, αλλά μπροστά στα υπόλοιπα αυτό ήταν ασήμαντο."

"The best part of this stay was a lady at a reception - super friendly, always there (even in the middle of the night) ready to help. The room itself was very spacious, consisting of two parts - sleeping and living. Heating worked well and was not done via air-conditioners as in some other places in Yerevan, but rather via usual radiators. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is great - close to the Republic Square, stores, restaurant etc."

"I did not like the mattress (cheapest of the cheap with a center sag) - it gave me a serious back pain. The room was not sound proof. Although everyone tried to be quiet, I could hear almost every word at a reception. There is also a garbage track coming at about 4am and making a lot of noise right under the windows. As far as breakfast is concerned, I would prefer it earlier and to have a buffet style. I could not eat many things served on my plate because of dietary restrictions and this food is wasted."

"Receptionist was very helpful and carrying about us. The lady who was preparing the breakfast was doing it very nice. The location was excellent, shops arround, cars with travel offers on the main street in proximity and quite near some objectives which are to be visisted."

"Breakfast was incredible, room was extra clean, furniture is a bit worn out but because everything is very clean it does not bother, the staff was exceptionally friendly, room was quite spacious and comfortable, price/quality ratio is great!"

"There was constant smell of smokes in the hall and inside room near entrance. It was a bit disturbing considering we were travelling with a 1y old child."

"Marvellous place. Room was enormous, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and all in a great central location. Nothing to fault and really enjoyed my stay."
