"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

All was fine, nothing bad comes to mind right away.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

"Ήταν πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Είχε mini market με μεγάλη ποικιλία ειδών και φρέσκο ζεστό ψωμί κάθε μέρα! Οι πισίνες ήταν καλά οργανωμένες και με αρκετές παροχές ( ποτά, φαγητά κτλ). Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικο!!"

Η θέα από το δωμάτιο μου όπως και από πολλά ακόμη δωάτια ήταν αποηοητευτκή καθώς έβλεπε στο νεκροταφείο....καθόλου ωραίο θέαμα ειδικά το πρωί...

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away."

The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.

Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχαν κάποια ξεχαρβαλωμένα και σπασμένα πράγματα (πχ κάποια ράφια στο ψυγείο) Λίγα βέβαια

"I loved how equipped and complete the room was. A full kitchen, two bedrooms and baths. It was a beautiful place, with a beautiful view, on a beach. Garage parking."

That everytime you enter, we had to unlock a lobby entrance.

"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

There was nothing to dislike.

The shower was a little on the smaller side, but other than that there was nothing I disliked.
