فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

Había leña y otros objetos en lso parqueos que lo hacían mas difícil de utilizar.

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

"Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά..Ευχαριστώ προσωπικό καλή τοποθεσία κ πολύ ήσυχα αυτο που θέλαμε..Αν και βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρομο δεν ακούγαμε τα αυτοκίνητα..Δεν χρειαζότανε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο γιατι ηταν ολα πολύ κοντά μας..Το χρησιμοπιουσαμε μονο οτσν πηγενα θάλασσα..Ανετα και πολύ καθαρά τα δωμάτια τους..Εχει 2 πισινες οι οποίες ειναι πολυ καθαρες."

Το μπαρ έξω στη πισίνα χρειάζεται λίγη οργάνωση..Δηλαδή είχε βασικές εληψεις από ποτα..

Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

Που δεν είχε ντουλάπα και γενικά χώρο να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας/τα ρούχα μας, δεν είχε παντόφλες, έπρεπε να ανοίξουμε μόνοι τον καναπέ κρεβάτι και να το στρώσουμε

"Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο του Μπιλμπάο. Οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν. Πολύ όμορφο με καλής ποιότητας έπιπλα και ωραία θέα. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο ( κουζίνα, μπάνιο, πλυντήριο πιάτων, πλυντήριο ρούχων, μέχρι και πτυσσόμενη απλώστρα για ρούχα). Λόγω της θέσης του είχαμε εύκολη πρόσβαση στα αξιοθέατα του Μπιλμπάο. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!"
