Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.

"Riyaz staff was very courteous and always supportive. Cleans the rooms perfectly and always asks if any further help is required. Riyaz is polite, and always smiling. All is good and no complaints.

"Ήταν πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Είχε mini market με μεγάλη ποικιλία ειδών και φρέσκο ζεστό ψωμί κάθε μέρα! Οι πισίνες ήταν καλά οργανωμένες και με αρκετές παροχές ( ποτά, φαγητά κτλ). Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικο!!"

Η θέα από το δωμάτιο μου όπως και από πολλά ακόμη δωάτια ήταν αποηοητευτκή καθώς έβλεπε στο νεκροταφείο....καθόλου ωραίο θέαμα ειδικά το πρωί...

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"This hotel is very nice . I recommend to everyone who is going to visit Samarkand. Because the staff are very nice , friendly , professional and polite. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, are full with European style. This hotel is worth to live for your travel in Samarkand !"

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Sound proof should be better. Everyone will wake up if somebody using the toilet. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.
