"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"It's located in a very nice place. 5-10 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. The hotel has very nice territory. The room is cosy and quite comfortable. It was very quiet, because we were at the end of the season and there were almost no people there. Very nice terrace. But you need to have something against mosquitoes (we bought in supermarket candles with citrone, which cost nothing and work very well)."

I was reading negative reviews about showers, but when I got there for the first time, I had almost claustrophobia, but to be honest, I also had worse. The water is hot and with strong flowing, so it's not so bad. I don't understand why we got so a lot of keys, special that half of them you don't use. Also, the kitchen has a very basic thing, but it was no sponge for washing dishes, only one knife, no grinder for cheese, and no vine glasses. Ventilation in the kitchen doesn't work. In the room was cold, while outside was warm, which would be nice in summer, but we were in October. So i was always cold inside in the evening and night. But you can't keep everything open, otherwise you will have a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the bed for me was not so comfortable. When my husband was moving, I almost had seasickness. The hotel has they own "parking", but to get there you need to go through some dump, you should to be very careful there, and sign for this place very small so easy to miss it, when just arrived.

"Καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ κοντά σε μετρό κ στάση λεωφορείου. Υπάρχουν υπέροχα εστιατόρια ακριβώς από κάτω. Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα."

Υπήρχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά στο χώρο σαν να είχε σκύλο ο προηγούμενος ένοικος ή να κάπνιζε μέσα.

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"The location of this apartment is amazing! Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment was super clean, modern, and equipped with all the basic items. Tatyana was very helpful and responded quickly to messages when we had questions. Would definitely come back!"

"Πεντακάθαρο μεγάλα δωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με εστίες, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, μηχανή nespresso, μεγάλο ψυγείο και όλα τα κουζινικα. Δύο μπάνια με ντουζιέρα Ήταν ιδανικό για δύο οικογένειες με τρία παιδιά"

Η μόνη δυσκολία ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ και το δωμάτιο ήταν στον 2ο όροφο.

"Μέσα στο κέντρο δίπλα στα ενδιαφέροντα της πόλης. Η κυρία που επιμελείται της καθαριότητας πολύ ευγενική, μας παραχώρησε την θέση του αυτοκινήτου της για να βάλουμε τις μοτοσυκλέτες μας."

"Beautiful and relaxing setting looking at surrounding hills. Spacious apartment with all you need and nice pool to cool off in. Dimitris and family are wonderful and friendly hosts. Short stroll into Main Street of zaros. Highly recommend the property."

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

Χρειάζεται μεγάλη προσοχή στο ενδιάμεσο σκαλάκι από το μπάνιο στο δωμάτιο.Ειχα ένα σοβαρό ατύχημα!

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

"This is not an ordinary tourist trap place - beautiful hotel with stunning view from the room and terrace, surrounded by wild nature. The road to the parking is a bitnarrow as you drive through an authentic village but nothng dramatic for an ordinary driver. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is perfectly clean and working in order. All you need you can find in the apartment + fully equipped kitchen. Very warm welcome on reception just wraps up the experience. The stay reminded me of old times in grandparents house deep in forrests, amazing experience!"

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"Πολύ άνετο και με γούστο. Το μπαλκόνι υπέροχη θέα στο δρόμο δίπλα σε στάση του τραμ σε σούπερ μάρκετ σε νυχτερινά μαγαζιά σε ωραία περιοχή με αγορά. Από το κέντρο 13 λεπτά και 4 λεπτά με το τραμ. Θα το ξανά επέλεγα αν πήγαινα ξανά ."

Μικρές επιλογές πρωινού αλλά δεν το μειώνει για την αξιολόγηση του καταλύματος. Αν θες κάτι παραπάνω να φας έχει μαγαζιά δίπλα.
