Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

"It's located in a very nice place. 5-10 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. The hotel has very nice territory. The room is cosy and quite comfortable. It was very quiet, because we were at the end of the season and there were almost no people there. Very nice terrace. But you need to have something against mosquitoes (we bought in supermarket candles with citrone, which cost nothing and work very well)."

I was reading negative reviews about showers, but when I got there for the first time, I had almost claustrophobia, but to be honest, I also had worse. The water is hot and with strong flowing, so it's not so bad. I don't understand why we got so a lot of keys, special that half of them you don't use. Also, the kitchen has a very basic thing, but it was no sponge for washing dishes, only one knife, no grinder for cheese, and no vine glasses. Ventilation in the kitchen doesn't work. In the room was cold, while outside was warm, which would be nice in summer, but we were in October. So i was always cold inside in the evening and night. But you can't keep everything open, otherwise you will have a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the bed for me was not so comfortable. When my husband was moving, I almost had seasickness. The hotel has they own "parking", but to get there you need to go through some dump, you should to be very careful there, and sign for this place very small so easy to miss it, when just arrived.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

"Μείναμε στο Villa Rotana και η εμπειρία μας ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο — ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η καθαριότητα στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε εξαιρετικό επίπεδο, όλα πεντακάθαρα και περιποιημένα. Η τοποθεσία του Villa Rotana είναι ιδανική, μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το μετρό, γεγονός που έκανε τη μετακίνησή μας απίστευτα εύκολη. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπήρχαν επίσης υπεραγορά και μικρά καταστήματα για καθημερινές αγορές, καφέ και σνακς. Συνολικά, περάσαμε τέλεια και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας! It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.
