"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

Το μπαρ έξω στη πισίνα χρειάζεται λίγη οργάνωση..Δηλαδή είχε βασικές εληψεις από ποτα..

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"This hotel is very nice . I recommend to everyone who is going to visit Samarkand. Because the staff are very nice , friendly , professional and polite. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, are full with European style. This hotel is worth to live for your travel in Samarkand !"

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"We had a suite which had plenty of space. Very quiet at night so we slept really well. Excellent breakfast!"

It was perfect, absolutely nothing lacked.

"Ήταν πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. Είχε mini market με μεγάλη ποικιλία ειδών και φρέσκο ζεστό ψωμί κάθε μέρα! Οι πισίνες ήταν καλά οργανωμένες και με αρκετές παροχές ( ποτά, φαγητά κτλ). Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικο!!"

Η θέα από το δωμάτιο μου όπως και από πολλά ακόμη δωάτια ήταν αποηοητευτκή καθώς έβλεπε στο νεκροταφείο....καθόλου ωραίο θέαμα ειδικά το πρωί...

El sofá cama, pero para el precio y la ubicación se compensa.

Quelques difficultés pour avoir de l'eau chaude à certains moments.

Había leña y otros objetos en lso parqueos que lo hacían mas difícil de utilizar.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

The road to the property is a little bumpy

"الموقع ممتاز جدا السويت كان كبير ونظيف واكثر من رائع يوجد بارك اسفل الموتيل للسيارات كبير ومريح الموظفين في الرسيبشن كانو خدومين جدا ورائعين ( نور ونور الدين)"

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.
