"The place is beautiful by itself to add on to that there was a snowfall and it looked even more beautiful."
"Ac’s are not working. As it was already cold it was okay for us."
"Very Scenic & touristic place, the road that leads to the Hotel from the Main Road is fabulous & staff service everything is awesome."
"Nothing at all"
"The most I like in this hotel is the staff service. Always smile 😀 and very helpful. The room is very clean and value for money. This is my 2nd time staying here. Please stay here.."

"This hotel is a real hidden gem. It has two real benefits - the staff and the location. The staff were always friendly and helpful, even though they did not all speak English. They couldn't do enough to help us. The location is stunning - set in a quiet forest but close to the city. The hotel has lots of little eating huts spread around the outside of the hotel and the views are lovely."
"There was nothing we didn't like - it was all fantastic"
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in the heart of nature. The scenery is truly breathtaking, and the hotel is built on spacious grounds with several clean and comfortable outdoor seating areas, along with tidy restrooms. There is also a lovely outdoor play area for children, which added a warm family touch to the atmosphere. The staff and reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful — especially Ismat, Khatoun, Fakhr El-Din, and Hussein — who went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay truly special. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals at very affordable prices. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and beautiful natural surroundings."

"Location of the property is scenic The property owner has done exceptional work on the property."
