"It's a brilliant place to stay, clean, comfortable and cosy. The river terrace is stunning especially at night when the bridge is lit up. The host is friendly and helpful. There's a great supermarket nearby with good value hot food. We loved our stay here."

"This is such a wonderful peaceful place to stay right on the beautiful river, I felt truly privileged. The large terrace is shared between the two rooms but no-one else was there so we had it to ourselves. Sitting in the sunshine watching ducks and a few kayaks glide by, listening to birdsong, made our stay here very special. The apartment is quiet and comfortable with everything you need. Dragun is a perfect host, giving us drinks on our late arrival and bringing us warm cake cooked by his wife. The room is perfectly located in the old town and a short walk to the lively town, park and the many restaurants and bars in Trebinje."

"Trebinje is an absolute gem of a town. We decided to stay here and do a day trip to Dubrovnik and it a very good decision. Our best decision though was to stay at Castello Guesthouse. The location is absolutely unbeatable. I could spend every evening for the rest of my life on that terrace. The room was also comfortable and the owner, Dragan, was soooo helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We hated to leave but the next time we’re in Trebinje, we know where we will be staying!"
