"Ειναι ενα υπεροχο ξενοδοχειο που εχει πολλες δυνατοτητες αλλα για καποιο λογο δεν το εχουν εκμεταλλευτει σωστα. Ειναι πεντακαθαρο, και οι εργαζομενοι ευγενεστατοι. Κανοντας roadtrip στα Βαλκάνια και καπως κουρασμένοι απο το ταξιδι, αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ήταν οτι επρεπε για να ξεκουραστουμε στην πισινα και στα μεγαλα υπνοδωμάτια του."
"Ομως, το εστιατοριο δεν λειτουργεί κατα τη διαρκεια της ημερας οποτε δεν μπορεις να παρεις κατι να φας (δεν ξερω αν εχει και κατι να πιεις). Θα μπορουσαν την πισινα να την εχουν πιο οργανωμενη. Ευτυχως απέναντι ακριβώς ειναι ενα μεγαλο σουπερ μαρκετ. Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ομως ήταν το κρεβατι. 2 μονα κρεβατια με ενα διπλο σεντόνι απο κατω και να γλιστραμε και οι 2 στη μεση. Ενα τετοιο ξενοδοχειο δεν θα επρεπε να εχει μονα κρεβατια. Το πρωινο μέτριο, και βρηκαμε μουχλα σε μία συσκευασμένη μαρμελάδα."

"Hotel Amicus is about 10-15 mins drive from the Old centre of town so it was lovely to experience another part of Mostar. The pool was very good space which the kids enjoyed. Rooms are wonderful very modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful"

"The breakfast was nicely presented, with a good selection, and fresh. It exceeded expectations. The entire building and the rooms were extremely clean, the bed was pleasantly decorated. The air conditioning worked, but we didn't have to use it. The bathroom and toilets were hygienic, the bathroom was modern, the staff spoke good English, and were kind. For a few nights, it was an extremely good accommodation, not expensive."

"The staffs were brilliant. Bela was excellent. She went out of her way to make us very comfortable. There were a group of Chinese visitors who did not have the right etiquettes when helping themselves to breakfast and were handling everything available. Bela organised a separate breakfast for us when we complained. She and another staff ( unfortunately I don’t remember her name ) in the breakfast room were very understanding. I was extremely surprised when they brought the trays of breakfast to our table. Well done girls. Keep the excellent service and will definitely stay at Amicus hotel again."

"Just outside Zvornik (about 4km) and close to a fairly industrial area but the guesthouse itself is surrounded by fields and hills and is quiet and calm Its a simple family-run business with welcoming smile and the host Vezra really wants to make your stay comfortable. Shared bathroom (we hadn't noticed that on booking) but it was not a problem for us (we were two travelling together with two rooms - and no one else was sharing the bathroom ). We slept well. Son Stefan helped us with translation and we managed to communicate in English OK. Good breakfast (great coffee) for Euro 3 only which was good value. If you want a break from bland business-type hotels come and spend the night here."
