"12/2025 Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και πολύ καθαρό, με όλα τα απαραίτητα χωρίς υπερβολές. Τα κρεβάτια άνετα και πεντακάθαρα, όπως και το μπάνιο. Ιδιαίτερα θετικό ότι υπήρχαν αρκετές πετσέτες και καθημερινή καθαριότητα — μπράβο στο προσωπικό. Το τραμ βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα και σε περίπου 15 λεπτά φτάνεις στο κέντρο. Για όσους ταξιδεύουν με αυτοκίνητο, το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολύ καλό και ασφαλές πάρκινγκ, μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Κατι που πρέπει αναφερθεί πολυ ζεστό δωμάτιο, ακόμα και με κλειστό καλοριφέρ Δεκεμβρίο μήνα είσαι μια χαρά και έχει και δυνατό wi fi. Μας κάλυψε πλήρως σε όλες τις απαιτήσεις μας."

"Jam hotel είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο value for money. Μπορεί να μην φαίνεται lux αλλά είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο με στάσει τραμ πολύ κοντά που διευκολύνει τον τουρίστα για τις περιηγήσεις του. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλακτα και αν ξανά πήγαινε Βρυξέλλες θα το επέλεγα πάλι."
"Την μέρα που φεύγαμε χιόνιζε, όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο για να υποθέσουμε ότι τα τρένα θα είχαν καθυστερήσεις. Τελικά είχαν όπως επίσης και μποτιλιαρισμα στους δρόμους. O κύριος στη reception ίσως θα μπορούσε να κάνει το extra mile προειδοποιώντας μας να φύγουμε νωρίτερα για το αεροδρόμιο. Δεν λέω ότι ήταν υποχρεωμένος απλά εύχομαι να το είχε κάνει ώστε να μην χάναμε την πτήση μας όπως και έγινε τελικά :("

"Very nice terraces and interieur design. The bar and restaurant where nice aswell. The hotel is in walking distance to the marolles quarter and if you are a bit sportive aswell to the center of brussels."

"The room is very well organised, super clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and we were entertained by the japanese style bunk beds in the room. Great for a family with young children or 4 young adults. Really nice area and easy to get into the centre of Brussels by tram."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spacious and very well designed. We had a gorgeous room with enough space for myself, my husband and our 3 children! The hotel smelled lovely as we walked in and we were greeted with smiley faces on reception. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Fantastic position with plenty public transport accessibility and some lovely coffee shops surrounding. Aldi is a few doors down too so ideal! The hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable. All in all it was a lovely stay and if we were to return to Brussels, we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely break."
"The restaurant food choice was very minimal and there wasn’t the availability to go and get a drink as this again was very minimal choice."
"Rooms were gorgeous, loved the aesthetics. Comfy bed, quiet, defo would stay again."
"There is a sauna and spa advertised, but we didn't realise until we arrived this isn't free to use for guests. It's discounted but at €40 for an hour it was too expensive to justify. Massage is of course extra on top of that, but that's only as expected."
