"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε ωραία τοποθεσία βλέπει όλο το χωρίο από ψηλά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τεράστιο, πολύ καθαρό με όμορφη διακόσμηση, είχαμε θέα όλο το χωριό και το τζακούζι μπροστά στην τζαμαρία. Η κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν αρκετά εξυπηρετική, χρειάστηκα ένα καλώδιο και μου το πρόσφερε αμέσως, το check-in είναι γρήγορο και άμεσο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ζεστό ενώ είχε πολύ κρύο έξω, με άφθονο ζεστό νερό στις βρύσες. Το parking είναι ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο και μπορείς να παρακολουθείς το αυτοκίνητο."

"Τα σπά χρεώνονται επιπλέον αυτό δεν αναφέρετε στο booking όταν κάναμε κράτηση. Δεν έχει ηχομόνωση οι επισκέπτες στην σκάλα που μιλάνε ακούγονται δυνατά μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Οι τηλεοράσεις χάνουν το σήμα αρκετά συχνά δεν μπορείς να παρακολουθήσεις, τα τηλεκοντρόλ δύσκολα αλλάζουν κανάλια. Το στρώμα και ο καναπές καθόλου άνετα. Το τζακούζι δεν λειτούργει σωστά η τάπα έχει πρόβλημα, όταν την κλείσεις μετά δεν ανοίγει για να αδειάσει το νερό. Στην κουζίνα τα ντουλάπια είναι άδεια δεν υπάρχει ένα vitex, ένα σφουγγάρι ούτε κουταλάκι για καφέ, ούτε πιρούνια, ούτε πιάτα, μόνο μερικά ποτήρια. Αν δεν υπήρχαν αυτά τα προβληματάκια θα άξιζε 10΄"

"A place where you can really relax. The place has everything you may need. It has a beautiful restaurant, a spa center and everyone was really friendly and always answer our needs. Also the place is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the country."

"The property needs some TLC for example our room had no hot water in the bathroom including the shower. Only hot water was kitchen sink. My husband was poorly a few days and they were very helpful and caring, however, I assumed the bad smell in the bath room was all him however became apparent as he got better the smell did not. There is nothing to do or see in the town it’s self only the peace garden which is small but tranquil and well kept."

"The property had an amazing view although if you fill the jacuzzi (which is a hydro-massage rather than jacuzzi) you lose the view."

"We've stayed in an apartment studio and the place had mold and was leaking from the windows. Half of the sockets were half-out, the lights on the balcony was controlled from somewhere outside of the apartment which was strange the very least. The airconditioners were very old, and although we've put them on the maximum allowed temperature, the one in the living room couldn't keep up and it was if not cold, then chilly. The TV in the living area didn't work at all, and all of the remote controllers didn't work properly, so we needed to struggle with it. We did not see any staff, when we arrived (which was around 10pm as in booking had listed check-in time but no limit, so natural assumption is having 24 hour desk), the hotel was all dark and we have not received any instructions or a message from the host. The door didn't open, and when we called, we were told that the key is at the door of the room, and we have to push harder the outside door. For the 2 days we were there, we did not see anyone at the front desk even when we were checking out, so we left the key on the door of the room. After I saw the room, I checked the comments of previous guests (I usually do before booking, but this time I didn't have the time), and decided not to use the services of the restaurant although we had included breakfast. Just one day, we took a coffee on the go from there, and what I saw didn't seem attractive, so don't try it - the chance to have food poisoning is high. If this was the case with the luxury apartments, I don't want to imagine what was in the normal rooms..."
