"The location of the camp is amazing. The host/driver picked us up in Douz and drove around 120Km in the desert. The ride was crazy, if you have motion sickness, be prepared. The dinner in the camp was really really good, better than our expectation. The starry night was also stunning, we saw so many stars in the pitch black night. The hosts were also nice."

To be fair, both our driver and host doesn't really speak English, so communiation was kinda poor. To me the ride in the desert was a bit too much, I felt dizzy the whole day after. Lastly, the price was also quite high - one night for a camp 140 euro plus 140 euro for the desert ride which is not included in the booking price page.

The camp is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to disconnect and forget about the stress of everyday life. The atmosphere is simply magical. Being surrounded by the desert and having the freedom to walk through the dunes at any time truly makes this place special and unforgettable. The staff were exceptional in every way – always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took care of everything and made us feel completely welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. The food was also outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We honestly cannot understand some of the negative comments regarding the food, as our experience was excellent in every aspect. If you are looking for tranquility, stunning desert scenery, and warm hospitality, this is the perfect place. We would return anytime!"

Everything was perfect

"Andrea was a wonderful host and this is the perfect place for a relaxing few days. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the quiet evening, drinking wine in our jacuzzi outside the tent! Because the tents are grouped around a central area, it is perfect for a group of family/friends. We are already planning a return trip! My only concern though, would be if there were families with small children running around, it would disturb other guests. This is not really a place suitable for children, and ideally should be an adults only location."

"Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ ωραίο σημείο , έχει ανεξάρτητα δωμάτια, και θερμές πηγές. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, ο Ahmed μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, μας πρότεινε οδηγούς για το σαφάρι, και το φαγητό ήταν πολύ καλό. Τα δωμάτια ήταν σε γενικές γραμμές καθαρά, με δικό τους μπάνιο και ζεστό νερό στο ντουζ. Το βράδυ την ώρα του δείπνου ήταν υπέροχα να τρως κάτω από τ αστέρια, δίπλα στον αμμόλοφο και ανάμεσα στα πάμπολλα κεράκια που φωτίζουν τον χώρο. Μετά το δείπνο μπορεί κάποιος να κάνει βραδινό λουτρό στις θερμές πηγές."

Αυτό που μας δυσκόλεψε στον ύπνο ήταν τα μαξιλάρια τα οποία ήταν πολύ χοντρά και σκληρά, μας εξήγησαν ότι έτσι είναι εκεί τα τοπικά μαξιλάρια αλλα οκ εμάς δεν μας βόλεψαν.

"The entire setup was gorgeous. Felt like a true camp. They added a lovely touch by providing big kettle in a common area which was on simmer heat with unlimited Jordanian tea. We opted for a dinner as well which was extra. Dinner buffet had a nice selection of salads and dips. They only offered one lamb, one chicken and one rice with potatoes dish. Lamb was delicious from a buffet standard. Chicken was too dry which was a shame as falvour was nice. Rice and potatoes were decent too. Only thing is they should include atleast water in buffet as standard. Lastly location seems be right on the edge of wadi rum dessert. It's about 40 mins drives from wadi rum village."

We had a buddle tent. It was modern and looks very elegant. However the floor of bubble tent was a bit dusty. I am not sure weather this was because of lack of cleaning or bubble tents are not perfectly sealed. Other than that our bathroom had no shower certain. So when one person took a shower entire bathroom got flooded. They did provide us with a floor wiper when we requested it. If they install a shower certain or shower glass, this bathroom would be perfect. Lastly we didn't get hot water. Apparently, you need to request the reception who then switch on the boiler. Given there are no phones inside the room, one has to go all the way to reception to get hot water turned on.

"The environment is super peaceful, beautiful and easily accessible. Communication was excellent, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to be surrounded by nature."

"Le A is situated in a magnifient garden, and you really feel lost in the place. It is very well integrated with the surroundings and calm. The accomodation is what you see on the pics and you will have what you need. The bed is comfortable and you need to do a small walk to get to shower and toilette, but that it is part of the beauty! Be aware of mosquitos! But this is normal in u are btw plants and in a garden. Sylviane will provide you with all the info you need to move around and where to buy things. If you van, rent a scooter, that will make you to be able to go around!"

Perhaps it could be a more clear the walking areas…but is part of the place :)
