"I big big THANKS to Josias who manages everything so professional and dedicates time and heart to make his guest feel great and enjoy their time without any doubts. He welcomes you with open arms and helps with absolutely everything at any time. The apartment is really charming and you feel at home immediately when you step in. The room is very spacious and the bed so comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are fully clean and equipped with everything. I am recommending this place so very much! "Παραμυθένια τοποθεσία δίπλα σε καταρράκτες και σε ένα θεματικό πάρκο με Τρολ. Πολύ όμορφο το pod με δυνατότητα για θερμά λουτρα. Καθαρή κουζίνα και μπάνιο."

Η απόσταση μεταξύ pod και τουαλέτας ειδικά το βράδυ. Βέβαια εν γνώση μας γιατί είναι τύπου κάμπινγκ, όχι ξενοδοχείο

Things were a little disorganised. Wifi only worked near the main restaurant hut.

"We had a lovely stay! The pool was absolutely wonderful and the staff were really friendly. The food from the restaurant was some of the best we had in Guatemala! The gardens were gorgeous and had some stunning birds in the trees! The room was really beautiful and the shower was powerful."

A mosquito net over the bed would’ve been good.

"It was unique and the location perfect as we had stopped off in the city of Masaru on the way. We had excellent communication with the host who organised an upgrade as we were two women travelling together and asked for the possibility of twin beds. Mark organised a full day out on his horses with his guide Motobang which was excellent and included lunch. All food was prepared by him and was delicious and plenty."

There wasn't a shelter, or at least it was not clearly marked. Lower lighting during the night to allow stargazing would have been nice.

"We really enjoyed staying at Ursak Camp. The cabins and tents are beautifully designed and create a wonderful atmosphere close to nature. Another big advantage is that you can buy ready-made meals on site, which is very convenient since the nearest grocery stores are quite far away. Everything was very clean, the sauna was excellent, and the food was great as well. The accommodation itself was very comfortable. We truly enjoyed being surrounded by nature — the whole experience was wonderful."

This is not an issue with Ursak Camp itself, but rather a helpful tip for future visitors. Google Maps and Waze often suggest a route through Sinjajevina Mountain. At first the road looks paved and normal, but eventually it ends. In winter there may be snow, and it is easy to get stuck there. There is also almost no mobile signal in that area. It is much safer to approach Ursak Camp through the town of Kolašin and enter from the lower road. The mountain road may be fine in summer, but in winter it is better not to take that route.
