The internet was slow, only good for basic browsing while in the room.

Jessica and Michael were so lovely, and both helped me with my trip by introducing me to people they knew that might be able to help me! So kind, and Jessica also gave me lots of advice about the local area and was looking out for me <3 thank you guys!"

Communal areas a little dirty (bedrooms super clean though).

Particularly small especially if you have any sort of luggage. It is hard to comprehend how small even though there is a warning in the details.
