"Everything was so nice. The hotel has a bar that serves food, amazing pizza and tacos after a long day of skiing. Staff is lovely and welcoming. The hotel is old but with charm. Comfy and with a lovely mountain view. Our room was in the 4th floor so no noise from the bar. The bathroom has a shampoo, soap and body lotion (considerate for the cold snowy days!), also a hair dryer. All very clean. Ski room accessible from outside. Location is convenient for the bus stop that takes you anywhere you need to go."

"Could've done with more pillows and there's no personal temperature control in the rooms so you just open the window when it gets too hot. I get the whole 'no screens no WiFi' thing but I think they just struggled to create a network and went with it. Don't need a TV WiFi would've been nice."

"Dishwasher was not cleaning properly. A welcome pack would be a great idea with breakfast essentials. Perhaps also some fruit & a bottle of wine, which wouldn’t cost much but would add to the experience. Also, I think a member of staff should show guests to their room or apartment. Staff friendly but a little bit young & unprofessional."
"The property is very well located, pleasant atmosphere and clean. Breakfast Buffet is very nice and it is very cool to be able to have coffee and tea the entire day for free. The pizza at the bar are one of the best I hate in Switzerland. Beds are very confortable."
"The property a getting old and sometimes in the room it stinks. As well I had 2 different rooms (other reservation) and on one of them I was freezing even if the heater was at the highest level. If you wish to have a TV you won’t find any. This is not a big deal but a bit surprising nowadays. As well the WiFi in the room is not working so you need to go to the lobby. If you need to work this is not very comfortable. At the end all those points didn’t make me feel having a bad stay and I would return to the hotel in any case."
