"The location was great, beautiful gardens and lovely room with view over the harbour in a very safe location. The staff, particularly Gabriella and Alex, were extremely helpful with all our ‘tourist’ queries. The breakfast was delicious and also lovely people in the dining room."

"We had a lovely spacious room (7) with fabulous views over the bay and harbour, and there are a couple of really nice outdoor spaces to relax in. The staff were super helpful, and Gabriela is an absolute gem. Delightful to return back there after exploring Valparaiso - a beautiful oasis."

"Location great. Very clean. Good breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff."

"Old style house converted into a hotel. No air con & room was hot, until we requested a fan on our 2nd night. Main complaint is you cannot pay with an international debit visa card & we had to resort to using an emergency credit card, resulting in extra fees on top of our room charges."

The room furnishings are slightly older, but in good condition. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The hotel pool is very nice, but there are no sun loungers on the terrace. The water is a bit cloudy, but I believe it’s fine."
