Το διαμέρισμα απέχει 150μ. από το κεντρικό κτήριο. Το εστιατόριο είναι ανοιχτό καθημερινά και σερβίρει νόστιμη τσέχικη κουζίνα. Στη γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές στάσεις λεωφορείων και τραμ, καθώς και το Brno’s. Ο σιδηροδρομικός σταθμός απέχει μόλις 5 στάσεις με το τραμ. Το Brno Circuit, όπου πραγματοποιείται το Grand Αξία μοτοσικλετών της Τσεχίας, απέχει 20 χιλιόμετρα. Στις εγκαταστάσεις υπάρχει φυλασσόμενος χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων και μοτοσικλετών.
