"There is no better place to stay than here. When we arrived in Tena, we realized one of our phones were left on the bus with no way to track it. We were later contacted by someone who demanded ransom. The owners of the hotel took almost 2 days of their time to help us get it back, driving around town to track it down and confronting the thieves. Thanks to them we can continue our trip. On top of this, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The lodge is a paradise with amazing nature, clean pool and warm jacuzzi, great food in the restaurant and amazing day-trips arranged by the hotel. A true wow-experience during the whole stay. The rooms are exactly how you want them in the Amazon. Do not miss this place! Easy to get there and back. Regular bus traffic right outside the facilities."

"The lodge itself was lovely. The pool area was great and there were some other shared spaces like the library which were very beautiful and peaceful places to hang out. I could have definitely stayed longer. Food was fairly good too and prices were reasonable."
"Some of the linen and towels had small stains on them - not a huge issue for me but might bother others. Also, they offer tours from the lodge and these seemed very overpriced and I’m sure there are huge mark ups. We did a jungle hike organised through the lodge which we really enjoyed (we had a great guide) but the tour itself didn’t seem to match the description/info the lodge provided."

"Had a family room right above our room and was woken at 6am by children running around. Maybe would be an idea to have double rooms and family rooms away from each other as me and my partner did not fancy being awake at 6am!"

"The room is not air proof so the insect can get in. For this reason, I was missing mosquito net around the bed. Also if you have one of two rooms right next to the swimming pool, water fountains are on until 23:00 and are loud. O stayed 2 nights onlyy On my first evening, the water in jaccuzy was perfect, however on the other evening, there was only half the amount and wasn't that warm."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
