"Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ειδικά η ιδιοκτήτρια Μόνικα είναι πάρα πολύ φιλική, οργανωτική και εξυπηρετική. Μας βοήθησε σε όλες τις εκδρομές και ξεναγήσεις που θέλαμε να κάνουμε. Το δωμάτιο πολύ ατμοσφαιρικό, με ωραίο μπαλκόνι και θέα στο Νείλο. Τα σεντόνια καταπληκτικά και το μπάνιο τέλειο. Το δείπνο ήταν πολύ καλό, ωραίες γεύσεις και παρουσίαση, η επιλογή όμως των πιάτων ήταν περιορισμένη."

"Δυστυχώς σε αυτή την πλευρά του Νείλου (West Bank) δεν επιτρέπεται η πώληση οινοπνεύματος, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να πιούμε στο ξενοδοχείο ούτε μια μπύρα. Το πρόβλημα λύνεται βέβαια αφού μπορείς να περάσεις απέναντι (δωρεάν με το καίκι του ξενοδοχείου) και να αγοράσεις προμήθειες τις οποίες μπορείς να καταναλώσεις είτε στο δωμάτιο σου, είτε στο εστιατόριο. Για μας που μείναμε μιάμισυ ημέρα δεν άξιζε τον κόπο η ταλαιπωρία, οπότε τη βγάλαμε με κόκα κόλες..."

"Ισως το καλυτερο ξενοδοχειο που εχω μεινει. Η ιδιοκτήτρια του ξενοδοχείου μας εδωσε ενα εναλλακτικό προγραμμα επισκέψεων για τη Λούξορ και η εμπειρια μας ηταν ακομα καλυτερη! Τα δωματια ειναι φανταστικά το ιδιο και το προσωπικο! Δεν εχω λογια!"

"Το μονο πραγμα που χωραει βελτίωση ειναι οι επιλογες φαγητού. Το Tajine ηταν εκπληκτικό! Ισως περισσοτερες τοπικές γευσεις θα ηταν ιδανικές!"

"A great place to stay when in Luxor. On the West bank for peace and relaxation, with a hotel boat on call to the East bank. A lovely and novel design. Staff friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out very smooth."

"A real oasis of peace and beauty. The staff were all lovely, The freely available boat service is really handy. The food was good with interesting and varied choices everyday. We hired bikes to see the sites of Luxor independently, which was an unusual choice but I would recommend!"

"Djorff Palace is located in a fabulous location on the West Bank. The building is new but designed to look like an Arabic Palace. Marina and her husband have developed a unique hotel brilliantly located on the West Bank."

"Not sure anything negative . From our perspective it was exactly the luxury boutique hotel we were after. Not a shiny new style hotel but full of characters."

"Fab location and a beautiful building still under construction in part. Amazing craftsmanship. Loved the pool and the rooms. All very tastefully furnished. Hoopoes on the lawn and lots of other bird life. Free boat provided to cross the Nile to the hustle of the east bank. The owner organised a balloon trip for us which was a definite highlight of our stay."

"I’m afraid the mattress was very hard in our room. Slightly felt like you had to pass a test with the English host which I think we did. She’s a character. Also the hotel is unlicensed but you can bring in your own."

"Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the east bank. Boat runs all day and evening so easy access to restaurants etc Easy to organise trips through a very efficient reception desk. Don’t miss the hot air balloon ride at sunrise. Lovely pool with views across the Nile All the staff were amazing and very hospitable. We travelled from the hotel to El Gouna , arranged by the hotel, with our driver Adman who was great. Very good , safe driving and great local knowledge in English."
