"Προτείνω να μείνετε στο κατάλυμα μόνο εάν καταφέρετε να κλείσετε ένα δωμάτιο με θέα στο Νείλο. Θα είναι μία απόλαυση. Ευρύχωρο. Οικονομικό γενικά αλλά για Αίγυπτο λίγο ακριβό. Ηρεμία. Φοβερό ηλιοβασίλεμα. Είναι πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Μου άρεσε η αύρα του σημείου."

"Δεν προσφέρουν μεταφορές από και προς την άλλη μεριά. Οι τιμές τους είναι ακριβές για Αίγυπτο ακόμα και σε σχέση με εστιατόρια. Τα δωμάτια που δεν έχουν θέα δεν προσφέρουν τίποτα. Δεν παρέχουν υπηρεσία δωματίου και ούτε θα σε αφήσουν να πάρεις το φαγητό σου στο δωμάτιο. Το φαγητό του εστιατορίου είναι τίμιο αλλά όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Το ντουζ είναι ακριβώς πάνω από τον καμπινέ και πλημμυρίζει όλο το μπάνιο. Οι τιμές τους για τις εκδρομές είναι πανάκριβες, μην κλείσετε μαζί τους. Κλείσαμε για Άμπου Σίμπελ και ήταν μία απίστευτη ταλαιπωρία. Για τον Ναό της Ίσιδος ζητούσαν 38€ το άτομο χωρίς να συμπεριλαμβάνει το εισιτήριο του ναού."

"Great location, really friendly & welcoming staff; helpful & HONEST. Room was large, clean and comfy and had great views over the Nile. Breakfast delicious too and you're only a short stroll from being immersed in the traditional villages. Fabulous stay, wish I were there longer!"

"Excellent small hotel with the rooms at the front having a great view. On the island looking back at the main town but an easy ferry ride back. Very friendly staff and the restaurant has particularly good food. A real find if you want a more modest hotel with character. Arranged a couple of boat trips through the hotel which worked very well."

"Be aware the bathroom is a bit of a wet room but perfectly manageable. The pathways on the island are unpaved and dusty but lots of character."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are fabulous. Food is exceptional and really good portions. Great location, we enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the boats and feluccas. Easy to access, the ferry is cheap and quick. We never had to wait for it to arrive. We enjoyed walking around the Island, the locals are friendly and welcoming. Great size room, very clean. Toilet paper and towels easily accessible in the cupboard in the hall. We used InDrive for transport. Simple, cheap and easy to use, Aswan's version of Uber."
