"The house was really clean and very pretty. Heating worked with no problem, all facilities were well kept and well working. No major issues with any of the important stuff. Owner was very friendly and even if we did not meet in person he was always available through his contact number (he wrote in very good English). He also handled the trash disposal, which was rather specific, so that was also a great help."

"Sophie was a very hospitable host. She made us very welcome and helped us with recommendations and restaurant bookings. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house and rooms are beautiful. Breakfasts were wonderful, with scrambled eggs from Sophie's hens, and home made cakes. We were able to do a lovely cycle ride from Villa Henri to St Quentin and back, with most of the route along canal-side paths rather than roads."
