"We are very happy with our stay in this comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, iron, hairdryer. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the train station, from where there are trains to most cities on the Cote d'Azur, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check out later. I recommend!"

Very close to the main railway station Nice-Ville, easy and quick access to the city center and major tourist attractions. Also, the host, Yves, was very kind and more than willing to help. We recommend it 100% if you plan to visit Nice."

"This place is actually an apartment, not a studio. It has a long hallway, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All very well equipped with anything you might need. Wifi fast and stable, good for video calls. Owner really nice and easy communication."
