"Perfect location in the city centre with everything close by to explore Niort. Nicely furnished and well equipped so you can cook for yourself if you want to. It's small but perfect size for a solo traveller. Very handy location for the free buses from Brèche and only 10 mins walk from the railway station."

"Everything! The cabin was perfect for the 4 days we were there and cosy and warm. The lake was a 2 minute walk which made you feel close to nature. I would highly recommend this place to stay and I’m a hard person to please! "Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem umzäunten Komplex auf dem Hügel mit Blick auf Sainte-Maxime und das Meer gelegen. Daher sehr ruhig und ohne störenden Verkehr. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wohl wie zu Hause. Die Außenanlagen wie auch der Poolbereich sind gepflegt. Im Juni war der Pool schön leer."
