"The most accomodating, welcoming and kind host. The apt is fully equipped, so it's perfect for long stays, although we only stayed for a day. The house is located on the 9th floor of a very modern building at the bottom of which there's a boulangerie conveniently located. It is very peaceful and completely quiet. Wonderful view, ideal shower pressure and a very stable and firm mattress. Rémy is always willing to help and he has paid attention to every detail. Thank you for the amazing stay."

"Everything about the place looked and worked exactly as advertised. Clean, safe, functional. Balcony with a view. Great communication with the owner, everything was ready. Parking in a closed courtyard with plenty of parking spaces. Barely a ten minute walk to the city center. If we ever return to Vosges, which is likely, we would like to stay here again. Many thanks and greetings to the owner. We wish him many satisfied clients."

"I had an amazing stay at Colmar Top! The flat was not only clean and comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Rémy! He's undoubtedly the most thoughtful and caring host I’ve ever encountered. From the warm welcome to the helpful local tips, his attentiveness made all the difference. Highly recommended!"

"Größe, Ausstattung, Vermieter, Lage, Parkplatz - alles TOP. Hier würden wir sofort wieder Halt machen."

"A hidden gem of a property with lots of space and plenty of original features in the house. Clean and comfortable The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the upstairs windows were great especially at the back where you could look onto the Abbey. Excellent hosts who responded to questions promptly. The location of the home was great with a local supermarket a few houses down. A short walk to the centre of Caen in one direction and a short walk to the bus and train station in the other. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby."
