"Les commentaires parfois négatifs sur ce logement. Certes c'est un studio, le mobilier est un peu hétéroclite et vieillot mais pour ce prix et cette situation que demander de mieux. Si vous voulez du luxe il y a plein d'hôtel à 1000 Euros la nuit. Et si comme pour moi, ils sont au-dessus de vos moyens et bien acceptez ce qui est à votre portée et je nommerai un seul point moyen, le lit est un canapé-lit avec un confort de canape-lit"

"Отличное месторасположение ,от ЖД 7 мин.пешком,до набережной 15 мин ,,окна во двор,поэтому ночью спишь в тишине.Квартирка хоть и очень маленькая,но есть всё необходимое. оформлена в винтажном стиле."

"I think it's necessary to have air-conditioning but they don't have. The fan could help but the wind is not strong enough. The room is located in a street which doesn't look nice at all, but ok. The building is very old and the room gives a feeling of not very clean. I don't know the market well in Nice, but the same price I got a much better room in Turin, Italy."

"The property is suspicious and well laid out. It's also in a good location. The bedding is clean and there are ample towels. We loved the presence of washing up liquid and cooking oils in the house. The living area is comfortable, light and airy and two sets of double doors provide access to a large patio/balcony. There are plenty of gadgets in the kitchen to make food preparation easier - microwave, coffee machines, oven and electric hob. There was even an electric grill plate/crepe machine which we didn't use. The agent speaks perfect English and is very friendly."
