"Beautifully appointed Chateau dating back to the 14th Century and still owned by the same family. The rooms are full of character but with all the modern facilities. Ideal location, situated just outside the village of Nuits Saint Georges but also convenient for motorway access so great for a few days exploring but also just as a stopover. Breakfast was fresh and with top quality ingredients and good coffee. Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating Chateau de la Berchere punches well above it's weight."

"We had a great stay and were very happy with everything. Francisco and Flo were incredibly kind and helpful—they even dried all our ski clothes after a rainy day so we could use them again. They were always attentive, lovely to chat with, and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The triple room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We’d happily come back!"
