"Right from making checkin a breeze with amazing step by step instructions to the checkout it was smooth and frictionless. We had a wonderful stay. We really loved the place and how thoughtfully you have set it up. And all the amazing tips too. Free parking on the doorstep is really convenient. We used this location to drive around in the Alsace region. Strassborg was roughly 20 min away We received a lot of useful tips especially on what Christmas is like and markets to visit. And when things would shut down so we could prepare in advance. Having a separate living and sleeping place was really useful. And all the small attention to detail that would make the guests stay comfortable and pleasurable was already done"
"There is not too much happening in the neighbourhood, so if you want to catch the action you do need to drive a bit, or take a train (station was closeby but we didn't try) We were any way planning to drive and were aware that our destinations were around 20-25 min away"

"Los servicios que tiene la vivienda, tanto el salón o estancia principal, los dormitorios, baños estan muy muy bien, en general. Tambien tiene terraza, que aunque sin vistas es muy acogedora y confortable para relajarte y desayunar. En general la casa es fantástica. Además, el anfitrión permitió flexibilidad horario tanto en la entrada como en la salida del apartamento."

"Der Ort Herrlisheim liegt sehr zentral und man kann sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Elsass ohne lange Anfahrtswege ansehen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich umgehend um ein kleines technisches Probleme im Bad gekümmert. Der Parkplatz ist gleich neben dem Haus und steht immer zur Verfügung. Ein Supermarkt, eine Pizzeria und der Bäcker sind fußläufig zu erreichen."
"Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße durch den Ort und gegenüber der Kirche, die alle 30 Minuten (auch nachts) mit einem Glockspiel aufwartet. Darüber hinaus ist die Dorfjugend am Abend mit dem Motorrad unterwegs. Man sollte also nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Der ausgeschriebene Backofen war leider nicht vorhanden und es gab nur einen Topfdeckel. Wir haben außerdem eine Uhr an der Wand vermisst."

"-Schlafzimmer und Bad direkt an der Straße (bei geschlossenem Fenster in Ordnung, dafür wars aber zu warm)- Rolladen lässt man dort dann ganztägig unten -Bretter der Küchenaustattung könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden -Keine Auflagen für Terassenmöbel und kein Sonnenschirm (Terasse liegt direkt neben Eingang zum Haus, aber alles auf der Rückseite des Hauses) -ein richtiger Backofen wäre schön gewesen, aber die Mikrowelle reichte auch -Salz, Pfeffer, Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier könnte man in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung stellen (und die Kaffee oder Salzreste der Vormieter entfernen)"

"The location is excellent as it’s right in the center of the Marais district with a good choice of excellent restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The water and soft drinks in the fridge was a very welcome surprise. Thank you also for coffee, tea, sugar sachets and lovely toiletries as these little touches are almost always overlooked but such a treat when included in a rental property. The bed linen and towels were of good quality and we were generally very comfortable. We had excellent communication and service from Samuel and when we had a slight problem the first evening it was dealt with very efficiently."
