Perfect for two families with its two large lounges, huge kitchen, 2 large modern bathrooms and downstairs loo, laundry room; plus a safe and good-sized swimming pool and excellent facilities for outdoor dining and lolling in shade or sun. All equipment, furnishings and decor of the highest quality and taste. Even a well-proportioned carport which kept our large people-carrier relatively cool during the day. Delightful position on the edge of a lovely hamlet surrounded by fields of sunflowers and vineyards. Only a stroll to at least one top quality wine and Armagnac producer Some lovely local walks. Excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets within easy driving distance."
