Le Florus

"The property was very close to metro. Clean , friendly staff"

"There is no lift as most of homes -hotels in Paris and the price could be lower"

"The staffs are super helpful and friendly the location is very good, just 5 minutes from the metro station and its a safe neighborhood with a nice restaurant and bakery around the corner aswell as cafe's and a big plus is they have a car parking facility."

"Only tiny minus point is rooms are not noise proof but we only experienced loud people for few mts during our stay, we still will come back here!"

"Very friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds, windows that open, breakfast, staff helped with bag storage and taxi"

"Some guests are noisy in the stair well but that's not the owners fault"

"Very clean, friendly staff and very close from metro station."

"Nothing"

"Great location, 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. 25 to minutes from Gare du Nord (straight one Metro 4) and around the same time to Eiffel Tower (2 Metros 4 and 6). Great staff. Rooms are very basic but they have everything one needs. Stay with my family of 3, for one night. The room cost €120 and with breakfast €9 each. Breakfast was very nice, freshly squeezed orange juice was included. Carrefour is around the corner and a few cafes and restaurants are not far. This hotel is part of a small charming restaurant."

"It was a little too basic, not air conditioning, but a fan is in the room."
