"Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do głównych turystycznych punktów, sklepów, piekarni, kawiarni i restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem. Bardzo blisko również parking. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie dzięki wskazówkom od właścicieli. Wyposażenie mieszkania w podstawowe sprzęty to duży plus, jednak mogłoby być nieco czyściej, bo na stołach i innych meblach było sporo kurzu i pyłu (być może to wina trwającego podczas naszego pobytu remontu ulicy), ale również szuflada ze sztućcami i szafki kuchenne były zatłuszczone i pełne okruszków, dywan zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia. Warto też przewietrzyć mieszkanie przed przyjazdem gości, bo jak otworzyliśmy drzwi uderzył nas bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach. Poza tym wszystko było super i mimo tych niedociągnięć, wynajęłabym to mieszkanie jeszcze raz."

"Ήταν σε καλή τοποθεσία μας βόλεψε σαν οικογένεια, είχε δίπλα μας μετρό,ταξι,σουπερμάρκετ,φούρνους και τύπου κεμπάπ,είχε κάποιες ζημιές μέσα και έβγαλα κάποιες φωτογραφίες για να της δείξω εξαρχής στην/στον οικοδεσπότη..λόγου το ότι ζητάνε εγγίσει ήθελα να είμαι 100% σίγουρη πως θα πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω! Και περιμένω γιατί μου είπαν πως θα επιστραφούν εντός 3 ημερών μετά την αναχώρηση μας!"
"Just about everything. It was a large, spacious, comfortable apartment in the perfect location where you could walk everywhere in central locations. Plenty of comfortable seating space on couches for the number of guests - many apartments 'sleep 6' but only have a two-seater sofa and a couple of hard chairs. There is adequate, basic kitchen equipment (but lacked a sponge or brush for cleaning dishes) and plenty of plates, cutlery etc. Fine for breakfast or simply-composed meals. Also an iron and ironing board, which was useful! Everaldo was wonderful - helpful, accessible, and everything you need a host to be."

"The apartment is a short walk from the train station, 5 minutes walk to Avenue de champagne, around the corner from the cathedral, supermarket and shops. The views of the cathedral's spire through the attic window were a treat. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, quiet and well equipped. Fanny was a great host who always communicated promptly. Be warned there are three flights of stairs which may be difficult for some people. I would highly recommend staying in beautiful Epernay in this lovely apartment. We had a fabulous time."
"Comfortable, clean and well equipped flat in a great location very close to the railway station and a short walk to the city. Patrick was friendly and provided the information we needed for arrival and departure. .We spent time in Caen and took the train to Bayeux, Mont Saint-Michel and Rouen. Each was worth a visit. We would stay again and recommend."
