"Very stylish and comfortable. Unlimited access to tea, coffee, water and snacks. Also access to additional facilities such as sauna, gym. Staff were great and very helpful especially a young girl called Elia (or similar name) who checked us in when we arrived."

"Nothing really but would just advise that bottom rung of screen around bathroom/toilet was very dusty (see image attached) so may be useful for hotel to remind staff to check this when preparing rooms. But this was a minor issues."

"Very modern and futuristic room, new concept of hotel where you can eat whenever you want, everything is design, there always water and food available, the room looks like a futuristic spacecraft, I loved it and had a great stay!"

"- stylish hotel - nice terrace - the extras of the Club, outside meal hours - good choice of quality restaurants reachable by foot, like also the historical centre - 4 major mountain chains nearby for hiking - some ecological ideas put into practice"

"- storage for clothing in the room quite scarce - staff in breakfast room very active, but equipment failures combined with bus loads of guests caused some real bottlenecks - more affordable garage options would help - the Apérol Spritz with very little taste of Apérol and Prosecco... - cleaning staff not providing/ replacing the right count of towels"

"The hotel felt a bit unusual, especially the bathroom, which was rather odd, but everything was clean and in good condition. Customer service was very good: staff were always polite, kind, and willing to help at all times. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the hotel also had an agreement with a nearby parking, which was very convenient. There was also a club-style lounge area where you could freely enjoy snacks and water, which was a very nice touch. At first, the arrival was surprising because we were greeted by a security guard, which gave us the impression that the area might be a bit unsafe. However, everything went smoothly afterwards, and the hotel turned out to be quite close to the city center."

"A little bit far from the center and not very easy parking facilities (outside the hotel). The shower was at the entrance of the bathroom, so was not practical."

"View to mountains from our room is a big plus. It was quite. A comfortable bad and pillows. We have a good sleep. Calm and helpful hosts. Hotel facilities are very good to have: a club where you can have some tea/coffee/snacks, a sauna and gym. The best ratio price/quality I had for some time travelling. Nearby a shopping mall with some cafe, also possible to walk to a téléphérique or many cafe in Grenoble."
