"Excellent location. About 1 minute on foot from the closest metro station. Great food nearby (we recommend Bistro Cyrano) and easy access to tourist sights."

"The hot water did not work the first night. The host was very responsive and kept us updated on the status. A plumber was called the next day (a Sunday) and it was fixed."

"Camera molto carina, vicinissimo alla metro e con tutti i servizi necessari per un buon soggiorno. Dispone di pentole, piatti, bicchieri, asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro. L'host è stato veramente gentile e cortese. Un ottimo soggiorno"

"Si potrebbe leggermente migliorare la pulizia, il divano aveva delle macchie piuttosto grosse. Per il resto ottimo!"

"The host really took care of everything. Instructions upon arrival, a city-map with cool and useful places to visit, and much more. The appartment is huge, with a total of 10 sleeping places if needed (not even counting the couch)! Location towards Metro absolutely acceptable walk. And from the Metro it's easy to get anywhere in Paris."

"I cannot fault this property in any way, it has everything you need. Great location close to local shops, restaurants and railway station with easy access to Disney Land, just one stop away. Once booked a couple of days before arrival we completed a simple identification verification and received access information to the property. These are very clear and allow you to access without having to physically meet anyone in person. This was a bonus for us as we were arriving on a late flight and arriving around 23:00hrs."

"We stayed in the apartment for over a month. At the start, the collection of keys was easy with clear instructions provided. The communication via chat was always efficient and friendly, any maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner. The location of the property is perfect for access of all central Nice attractions by walking and there’s many shops and restaurants right outside.
