"Considering the price, it was decent, clean and spacious accommodation. I haven't used it, but I appreciate the offer to store the luggage before the check-in."

"Only the design of the en-suite bathroom, I almost wasn't able to sit down on it because of the lack of space."

"Excellent location. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Very close to the tram stop. A quiet safe area. The staff were very helpful. The place was spotless. I would recommend this establishment."

"One could say the room was dated in terms of decor. There wasn't really much space to hang or store clothes. Overall though it was an ideal set-up."

"Very well placed to where I was needing to go to in Edinburgh, central"

"Everything was as promised while booking ;) thank you for letting us stay. Kettle was really appreciated after whole day in Edinburgh City in cold weather. Towels were super soft and bed very comfortable."

"Everything was as promised while booking :)"

"The location was great. The place was quiet during bed time."

"The room was too small for a double room. The parking on the street was so expansive and the max. hours were 4 hours - from 8.30 to 5.30. Nothing about parking was described on booking page, just that there's parkimg on site. Another downside is the check out 10 am. Check in 3 pm and check out 10 am? It's not fair. You don't need 4 or 5 hours to clean that room... in 30 minites it's well cleaned."
