"Atmosphere and ambiance is great. Music you hear is pleasant and calming. There are several nice corners at the restaurant and on terrace where you can sit and enjoy. Food is amazing and wine is excellent for different tastes. Rooms are nice and clean, with small balconies. Views are spectacular showing beauty of Georgian nature. Owners of the hotel are always around, friendly and helpful, offering wine, giving advice, talking nicely which makes you feel special and your stay exceptional. I've been here several times before, even only for dinner. After some interval I found the place again very comfortable, enjoyable and sweet. In terms of location, Chateau is very close to Telavi. We went there for Music Festival and approached the Telavi Theater in 10 min by car which was very convenient. We had a possibility to see the town and at the same time to stay away and relax. I know I will come back again."

"Hotel has excellent location, as it is very near to Telavi. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms exceeded expatiation as it was big and bright. Very clean and cosy as well. Beds are very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. In the morning we had fabulous traditional Georgian breakfast. Unique local wines are available at Hotel. Being in Chateau Mere means having a touch with local culture and tradition of wine."

"უკარგესი ადგილი, ყურადღებიანი და რაც მთავარია მომღიმარი მომსახურე პერსონალით. კი ყველაფერი კარგია, საჭმელიც, აუზებიც, სპაც მაგრამ ჩვენთვის ყველაზე მთავარი ის სტუმართმასპინძლობა აქვთ, რომელიც ყველაზე მეტად იზიდავს მომხმარებელს"

"Morning breakfast was good, pools was also good and yard is very beautiful."

"There was a smell in our building but I think that it can be because of castle is old. Also the cleaning lady took our private towel and they could not find it. Morning breakfast is good but what it costs if you want to order it in it's restaurant I think that it's overpriced."

"breakfast was great. hotel has two swimming pools outside and one pool inside. good value for the price. Staff let us stay and use the pools after checkout. everyone was friendly. highly recommended"

"We were a group of 5 people and our reservation included breakfast which was prepared by a sweet lady for us. It was like eating our grandmother's food. And in general the whole stay at the hotel made us feel warm as if we were being hosted in someone's home, something which is hard to find these days. On top of that its worth to mention that the room was very very clean. I highly recommend it and I will definitely go back if I'm in Tbilisi again!"

"I was off-season, so price for higher level rooms was not much different than usual. Given that, the room was very good. Top floor, own terrace with a view to the entire city (the hotel is slightly on the hill), full height windows with that same view... perfect! Good amenities in the room, nothing too fancy but high quality and nothing to complain about. Nice location in the quieter part of the city, like it far mor than the tourist center (which you still can reach with a short walk or a local commute)."

"The place was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The staff members were extremely kind and supportive throughout our stay. We arrived about two hours earlier than the regular check-in time, and since a room was already available, they kindly let us check in without any additional charges, which we really appreciated. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay — a kettle, tea, coffee (capsule machine), water, toothbrushes, and slippers. We also had a room with a balcony that included a small sitting area, which was a lovely addition. Another detail we really liked was the lighting in the room. There were several different lighting options, from very bright to soft, individual dim lights, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The TV also offered many channels, including channels from neighboring countries. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."
