"Thank you so much for the room! We really enjoyed everything. The view from the window and the breakfast were amazing! Thank you for your hospitality."

"The host was very welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast on the balcony. The room was spacious, we were the first room across from the stairs, and managed to keep nice and warm with the aircon unit. It was only a short walk down the hall to the shared balcony, which had great views and plenty of space to relax."
"This may not be a regular occurrence, but I noticed a dripping noise when I woke up in the night, which made it difficult for me to get back to sleep. Also, be prepared to carry your cases up a couple of flights of stairs to get to a room."
"It was a beautiful view, in the center, 100 meters away was Svetitskhoveli, on the lower floor there was a bakery. The window had a beautiful view, it was nice to sit on the veranda. For me, the view and location outweighed all the minuses."
"Old, uncomfortable bed. Shared water heater and Refrigerator. There was no glass in the room."
"The lady is super friendly, the view from balcony is perfect(you can see the cathedral)."
"The parking is very tiny, the room itself is not very modern. There is ongoing renovation so i'm sure it will be perfect soon."
"The host was so kind and friendly, the views from the tasty breakfast on the balcony are incredible, the bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. The room is less than five minutes walk from great restaurants and the centre of Mtskheta."

"Location, location, location! The view out of the balcony is just fantastic. Room are good value for money, beds are comfy, Wi-Fi works were well."
"The entry to the house and rooms is a bit tricky (through the gate for cars), noone spoke a word of English but the view just outweighted all the small negatives. ;)"
