"First, what an excellent welcome from our host! She allowed us to check in early and check out late. Hugely accommodating and so friendly. We found the beds very comfortable. The apartment was nice and cool vs the heat outside. The apartment was well equipped (could do with bigger plates). We felt it was excellent value for money given the location."

"The hostess Irma was very helpful and friendly. In our first night a neighbor who stays in the room next to us make us fell uncomfortable but I have texted Irma in the middle of the night and she arrived and solved the issue. The area seems a little unsecure at first but thanks to Irma we felt very secure and welcoming in the house. The location is great for those who wants to go almost anywhere in Tbilisi by walking 15 minutes max. The property was very clean, new and usefull."

"Close to Freedom Square, it is very convenient to city walk aroundly. The hostess is very nice, there are no guests in the afternoon of check-in, we continued to use the room, and there was no extra charge for us. WeChat communication, timely response"

"I would rename it to the Amazing time in Tbilisi which started from the welcome coffe and introduction part from Irma, who is managing everything. I think she has a magic wand. :) The flat is clean. There is everything there what you need. Bedsheets and towels are wite. There is a small garden next to the flet with table and chairs. So morning coffee or evening talk with a glass of wine can be spent there. In the calm atmosphere of old town. Old town is all around you. Area ia safe and all sights are walking distance. If you need advice- just ask Irma. She helps with any question."
