"Spacious room and really beautiful interior of the hotel and room, made it feels like a luxurious place. No buffet breakfast but order basis in the restaurant (serve by Gabriel who did accept our late arrival by serving us take away; thank you). The hotel looks run down and unmanaged from outside but acceptable considering that it was built in 1987. Place is huge and not many people. We were the only one at swimming pool on Friday morning. No room service but you could walk-in to any open restaurant to order and take-away."

"Parking is limited although occupancy is not high. Most amenities are closed (bowling, karaoke,snooker). Coffee shop is also close. Far from city, 5km inside from the main road and it was very dark driving at night. We arrived early but was asked to wait until checking time for checking in, although we do not see anyone else checking out nor checking in."

"Honestly the only thing I disagree on is I’ve stayed at Leo good amount of times and the breakfast menu for lagu never changes ! Kinda lost my appetite just knowing i ate the same menu previously. Hopefully when i do check in again the menu changes"

"야채가 신선했고 다른 메뉴들도 맛있었습니다만 종류가 다소 적었습니다. 또 손님이 늘었을 때 빨리 리필이 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 메뉴가 비었는데 잘 리필이 되지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 매일 조식 먹는 입장이라 조금 더 아쉽게 느껴졌어요."

"매일 청소 후 냉장고에 생수 몇 병은 매일 채워 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 식당에서 오픈하지 않은 새 생수를 요청했을 때 요금을 별도로 지불하라고 하셔서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 일주일이나 투숙하는 고객이었는데 서운했습니다. 서비스가 조금 더 개선되었으면 합니다."

"Front desk staff had different information/policies than were found on Booking.com listing. I don’t like being welcomed to stay with an immediate need to defend my position. It seemed the resort was very interested in squeezing money out of a customer."

"We didn't like our stay. We loved it. It was a short staycation away from home. We went there to take a little breather from our busy lives and the place didn't disappoint. It was outdated, yes. But the paint of the building is something that wouldn't affect your stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The entire location is very serene. We'd definitely be back again."
