"Very nice camping in the very green atmosphere of Lacona. We spent a few days without touching the car at all, by choosing alternatively, the facilities of camping for children, some hiking or the beach."

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

It's a bit far from city center and from restaurants, so few options for vegetarians like me.

Lo unico es un poco dificil el acceso con el auto si te tocan los glamping de mas arriba, sugeriria marcar mejor los caminos y cortar un poco las plantas de los costados, igual se entiende que este así para darle un aspecto mas natural, pero se complica a la hora de manejar.

The mosquitoes around the pool

"new villas with a great shared pool and a lovely beach area. Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is functional and well equipped — perfect for someone looking for calm, relaxation, and privacy. Cami, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay"

The view is stunning, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I left feeling completely recharged. Can’t wait to come back! "The view from the pool is absolutely stunning! It's in a great location - about 10 minutes walk from the port and the centre of town where you can find the tuk tuks. The staff were very welcoming throughout our stay and breakfast was really good! The staff were also very helpful - when they couldn't serve an early breakfast, they told us where we could go instead. They were also able to provide information for our next destination. AMEX is accepted. We'll be returning!"

Some things weren't communicated well in the beginning - like having to order breakfast the day before. They were not able to serve an early breakfast to fit with our activities for the day. The wifi doesn't work from the bedroom.

"Location (sloths/dolphins everywhere), lovely community feel with meals together, rustic element to it, amazing food, reasonably priced beers!"

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

"Love Victor and the wife. They treated us like a family. The place is very cosy. The room has a roof window and nice yard to play the snow."

Getting to the location is difficult during winter. Car couldn’t go in so we had to lug through our luggages through the snow. But it was worth it! 😊

"We chose buellsPort as the first stop on our Namibia round trip and really enjoyed it. We didn’t expect too much but really loved the food. Both nights we got served a multi-course home cooked meal utilising game meat and local vegetables. The private hiking paths are really well maintained and set in a beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed the drive towards sossusvlei from buellsport which is in much better condition than the standard tourist route."

"I liked how quiet it was, although the highway was closed at Roger's pass at the time. I liked the cabin very much and the beds were very comfortable! It's a very back to nature experience there! Anybody arriving wishing to check in, should call the number in front of the ark if there isn't anyone around, I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who told me which cabin we were in and she kindly advised us what to do 🙂 we would love to stay there again one day."

"ΠΟΛΥ ΟΜΟΡΦΗ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ Μείναμε στα στρογγυλά ξύλινα σπιτάκια, πολύ γραφικά αν και αρκετά μικρά. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και αρκετά ζεστά. Υπάρχει αρκετό parking ακριβώς από δίπλα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστες τουαλέτες είναι στα 50 μέτρα (πολλές σε αριθμό και αρκετά καθαρές)"

Δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες στην πόρτα, παρά μόνο στα μικρά παράθυρα. Κρεμάσαμε μια μικρή κουβέρτα για να μην μας βλέπουν αλλά και για το φως το πρωί.
