"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

"The location is wonderful! The beautiful house where we rented a unit is right on the lake. The house is well-kept and beautiful. The weather was cold and a little foggy, which added to the atmosphere. In the summer, the residents walk 20 meters and are already in the lake, which invites swimming. The unit we got itself was quite small but sufficient. The breakfast was good. We stayed one night, but we would definitely go back there for a longer stay."

Pain et viennoiseries extra. Stationnement pratique devant le portail dans une impasse. Anne est reactive, chaleureuse, attentionnée et de bons conseils. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a microwave, fridge, oven, sink and cleaning supplies and cutlery and spices. Our room was a good size, with charging ports near the bed, clean sheets and covers and enough space for our large luggage. The location was also really good, close to the airport. It's very close to thr Trollkunfinger walk. You can park right beside the house, and there's space for at least three cars."

There were some loud motercycle noises in the night, it did keep us from sleeping a little, so it seems like the neighbourhood can get a bit noisy. The nice bathroom with a standing shower is in the basement, which you need to access from outside or from a trap door in the kitchen. The other bathroom has a tub but doesn't have enough ceiling space to stand. The basement was a little cold and dusty and so bathing there was a little scary!

"Lovely place to stay, big bedroom and bathroom nicely furnished and decorated, and with my own balcony to relax in the afternoon sun. The family was very welcoming and helpful with information about the area. I recommend highly."

"A quiet place to spend two or three days of relaxation. The staff is very kind and ready to help you with any problem. Breakfast and dinner well cooked, tasty but in a small quantity and not very diverse. The reef in front of the location is not very beautiful, but there are sharks and you can do diving and snorkel tours."
