"The guesthouse was very clean and beautiful, as well as quiet with access from the back of the house. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a microwave, fridge, oven, sink and cleaning supplies and cutlery and spices. Our room was a good size, with charging ports near the bed, clean sheets and covers and enough space for our large luggage. The location was also really good, close to the airport. It's very close to thr Trollkunfinger walk. You can park right beside the house, and there's space for at least three cars."

There were some loud motercycle noises in the night, it did keep us from sleeping a little, so it seems like the neighbourhood can get a bit noisy. The nice bathroom with a standing shower is in the basement, which you need to access from outside or from a trap door in the kitchen. The other bathroom has a tub but doesn't have enough ceiling space to stand. The basement was a little cold and dusty and so bathing there was a little scary!

"Very good location, close to the city beach , 5 min on foot. There is a pool on property which is very practical when it is hot during the day and you do not feel like walking to the beach. An outdoor kitchen is available, there is a gas stove, BBQ place etc, very useful for people wanting to cook. The apartment is clean, spacious and right for our group. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to help when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers! Thank you Safar guest house!"

"Great property in a very quiet location, though still close to the restaurants. Francis has taken personal care of us. House is lovely, clean, kitchen is well equiped. We took tour with Francis as well, both were wonderfull. You can spend your time at the beach and will be there alone most of the time, since the property is small (pls note that swimming is not recommend, as pretty much everywhere on this island). We have very much enjoyed our vacation there."

"The location is wonderful! The beautiful house where we rented a unit is right on the lake. The house is well-kept and beautiful. The weather was cold and a little foggy, which added to the atmosphere. In the summer, the residents walk 20 meters and are already in the lake, which invites swimming. "This was our second stay, but in the bigger villa. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Having everything we needed right there was super convenient. Definitely made the whole trip smoother and more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again sometime."

Leaving the island.

"The room was comfortable and the bed was nice and soft. It's a great place to chill out for a day or two away from all the tourists and you can see a more local side of Aruba. Ac and wifi worked really well and you could use the kitchen for coffee. Jay and his dog were really helpful and friendly."
