The room was small

The breakfast a bit poor

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. You can feel the beds springs. Mattress too thin.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

AC was not cooling much

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

Είχε πολύ θόρυβο, από εργασίες που κάνανε και από διπλανά δωμάτια, ίσως λόγω έλλειψης ηχομόνωσης.

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"Πολύ ωραίο και ήσυχο lounge και ωραίο κηπάκι. Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε μετρό και τραμ και σε αρκετά από τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Αρκετά πολύ καλά εστιατόρια στην γύρω περιοχή."

Ακούγονταν οι θόρυβοι από το διπλανό δωμάτιο, όταν ήρθαν ένοικοι που έκαναν φασαρία.

"Όλα ήταν υπέροχα απ' όλες τις απόψεις (εξυπηρέτηση, προσωπικό, καθαριότητα, πρωινό, ...κλπ.). Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα και σε άλλους ανεπιφύλαχτα για διαμονή και για άλλες εκδηλώσεις. Η σχέση τιμή/παροχές είναι πολύ καλή και λογική."

Το κρεβάτι δε μου φάνηκε και πολύ άνετο.

"Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά, το μπάνιο είχε πάντα πίεση και ζεστό νερό. Η διαμόρφωση του ξενοδοχείου μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ με πολύ πρασινάδα και δέντρα, έχει τρεις πισίνες στις οποίες μπορείς να κολυμπάς ότι ώρα θέλεις. Ο χώρος του μπουφέ ήταν μεγάλος και ο μπουφές ήταν πλούσιος με πάρα πολλές και νόστιμες επιλογές."

Το wi-fi δεν είναι πολύ δυνατό

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

It was all good. Not very close to main sights but just a short taxi ride so was easy. You could walk in if you are fitter/ stronger than I am!

Το προϊόν είναι υπερτιμημένο, δεν ήταν ευρωπαϊκό. Τρώγαμε μόνο κρουασάν ή δημητριακά!!
