Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Στις πισίνες δεν υπήρχαν ναυαγοσώστες. Στο μπουφέ θα μπορούσε να έχει σε καθημερινή βάση και παιδικό γεύμα για τα παιδιά.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"Όλα ήταν υπέροχα απ' όλες τις απόψεις (εξυπηρέτηση, προσωπικό, καθαριότητα, πρωινό, ...κλπ.). Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα και σε άλλους ανεπιφύλαχτα για διαμονή και για άλλες εκδηλώσεις. Η σχέση τιμή/παροχές είναι πολύ καλή και λογική."

Dinner service was extremely slow

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

I want to thank the reservation office and reception for plan B and kind heart. You made our 3days in Maseru worthwhile.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

Το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι εξασφαλισμένο είναι πάνω στον δρόμο κ σχεδόν πάντα γεμάτο κ πρέπει να ψάχνεις ή να σου βρουν μια λύση από την ρεσεψιόν κ με κίνδυνο να σε γράψουν και για στάθμευση (συνεβει σε άλλον ένοικο μπροστά μας). Αρκετά μακριά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good
