"Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά, το μπάνιο είχε πάντα πίεση και ζεστό νερό. Η διαμόρφωση του ξενοδοχείου μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ με πολύ πρασινάδα και δέντρα, έχει τρεις πισίνες στις οποίες μπορείς να κολυμπάς ότι ώρα θέλεις. Ο χώρος του μπουφέ ήταν μεγάλος και ο μπουφές ήταν πλούσιος με πάρα πολλές και νόστιμες επιλογές."

Το wi-fi δεν είναι πολύ δυνατό

"Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαροί όλοι οι χώροι, άνετο και πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ ωραίος μπουφές, πολλές παροχές ( μίνι μάρκετ, γυμναστήριο, εσωτερική και εξωτερική πισίνα κτλ )."

Στις πισίνες δεν υπήρχαν ναυαγοσώστες. Στο μπουφέ θα μπορούσε να έχει σε καθημερινή βάση και παιδικό γεύμα για τα παιδιά.

"Όλα ήταν υπέροχα απ' όλες τις απόψεις (εξυπηρέτηση, προσωπικό, καθαριότητα, πρωινό, ...κλπ.). Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα και σε άλλους ανεπιφύλαχτα για διαμονή και για άλλες εκδηλώσεις. Η σχέση τιμή/παροχές είναι πολύ καλή και λογική."

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

Το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι εξασφαλισμένο είναι πάνω στον δρόμο κ σχεδόν πάντα γεμάτο κ πρέπει να ψάχνεις ή να σου βρουν μια λύση από την ρεσεψιόν κ με κίνδυνο να σε γράψουν και για στάθμευση (συνεβει σε άλλον ένοικο μπροστά μας). Αρκετά μακριά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης

"Fantastic place for Family. Oasis of calm and peace and beautiful places reachable by bike foot or car. Great hosts. Big surroundings and a lot of area. Mushroom picking, fishing, wonderful lakes nearby. Great value for money for sure. Recommend"

"it’s clean, convenient, shirt walking distance to interesting spots in town, nice swimming pool and views, comfortable bedding, very nice staff"

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"
