"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι εξασφαλισμένο είναι πάνω στον δρόμο κ σχεδόν πάντα γεμάτο κ πρέπει να ψάχνεις ή να σου βρουν μια λύση από την ρεσεψιόν κ με κίνδυνο να σε γράψουν και για στάθμευση (συνεβει σε άλλον ένοικο μπροστά μας). Αρκετά μακριά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

Βραστηρας και ψυγείο υπάρχουν επίσης στο δωμάτιο.Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε προάστιο, το τραμ σταματάει ακριβώς απ'εξω που σε οδηγεί στο κέντρο και σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων περνάει ο Προαστιακός σιδηρόδρομος όπου με το ίδιο εισιτήριο είσαι σε δέκα λεπτά στο κέντρο. Υπάρχει σάουνα, γυμναστήριο και εσωτερική πισίνα που είναι δωρεάν για τους ενοίκους."

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).
