The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Υπέροχο δωμάτιο με τρομερή θέα στον τροπικό κήπο. Μέσα από το δωμάτιο ακούγονταν τα κύματα. Αξία ανεκτίμητη."

Η διαμόρφωση του ξενοδοχείου μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ με πολύ πρασινάδα και δέντρα, έχει τρεις πισίνες στις οποίες μπορείς να κολυμπάς ότι ώρα θέλεις. Ο χώρος του μπουφέ ήταν μεγάλος και ο μπουφές ήταν πλούσιος με πάρα πολλές και νόστιμες επιλογές."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

Στις πισίνες δεν υπήρχαν ναυαγοσώστες. Στο μπουφέ θα μπορούσε να έχει σε καθημερινή βάση και παιδικό γεύμα για τα παιδιά.
