"Ότι και να πω για τον οικοδεσπότη θα είναι λίγο. Με το που φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο μας υποδέχτηκε πάρα πολύ θερμά και μας έδωσε και ένα prosecco σαν δώρο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ότι έπρεπε για αυτό που θέλαμε και όταν γυρίσουμε ξανά στο san marino σίγουρα θα ξανά πάμε στο hotel silvana. Σας το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!"

"Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

There nothing to dislike

"Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά, το μπάνιο είχε πάντα πίεση και ζεστό νερό. Η διαμόρφωση του ξενοδοχείου μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ με πολύ πρασινάδα και δέντρα, έχει τρεις πισίνες στις οποίες μπορείς να κολυμπάς ότι ώρα θέλεις. Ο χώρος του μπουφέ ήταν μεγάλος και ο μπουφές ήταν πλούσιος με πάρα πολλές και νόστιμες επιλογές."

Το wi-fi δεν είναι πολύ δυνατό

"Interesting concept Lovely staff. Cleanliness. Good breakfast buffet (even the bread rolls were tasty and that is rare in Germany)."

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

Το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι εξασφαλισμένο είναι πάνω στον δρόμο κ σχεδόν πάντα γεμάτο κ πρέπει να ψάχνεις ή να σου βρουν μια λύση από την ρεσεψιόν κ με κίνδυνο να σε γράψουν και για στάθμευση (συνεβει σε άλλον ένοικο μπροστά μας). Αρκετά μακριά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης

Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr schwach.

"Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαροί όλοι οι χώροι, άνετο και πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ ωραίος μπουφές, πολλές παροχές ( μίνι μάρκετ, γυμναστήριο, εσωτερική και εξωτερική πισίνα κτλ )."

Στις πισίνες δεν υπήρχαν ναυαγοσώστες. Στο μπουφέ θα μπορούσε να έχει σε καθημερινή βάση και παιδικό γεύμα για τα παιδιά.

Παλαιά κατασκευή αλλα καλοσυντηρημενο καθαρό και καλό πρωινό.

Το προσωπικο στη ρεσεπτιον θα μπορουσε να ηταν πιο εξυπηρετικο

"Πολύ ωραίο και ήσυχο lounge και ωραίο κηπάκι. Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε μετρό και τραμ και σε αρκετά από τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Ένα τέταρτο με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Αρκετά πολύ καλά εστιατόρια στην γύρω περιοχή."

Ακούγονταν οι θόρυβοι από το διπλανό δωμάτιο, όταν ήρθαν ένοικοι που έκαναν φασαρία.

The food price quite high in their restaurant

"We were in a superior room, which was spacious and well equipped with all we needed. Internet connection was good. Bed super comfy."

Once there was a shot power cut but it lasted only 10 mins.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.
