"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

Βραστηρας και ψυγείο υπάρχουν επίσης στο δωμάτιο.Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε προάστιο, το τραμ σταματάει ακριβώς απ'εξω που σε οδηγεί στο κέντρο και σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων περνάει ο Προαστιακός σιδηρόδρομος όπου με το ίδιο εισιτήριο είσαι σε δέκα λεπτά στο κέντρο. Υπάρχει σάουνα, γυμναστήριο και εσωτερική πισίνα που είναι δωρεάν για τους ενοίκους."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Perfekt, rimeligt billigt overnatningssted. skulle til julefrokost. Der var dog en detalje, der ikke var i orden, da vi ankom om natten, men vi fandt ud af det med Sleep-in."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

Το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι εξασφαλισμένο είναι πάνω στον δρόμο κ σχεδόν πάντα γεμάτο κ πρέπει να ψάχνεις ή να σου βρουν μια λύση από την ρεσεψιόν κ με κίνδυνο να σε γράψουν και για στάθμευση (συνεβει σε άλλον ένοικο μπροστά μας). Αρκετά μακριά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Δεν υπήρχαν πρίζες και από τις δύο πλευρές του κρεβατιού, που ήταν απαραίτητες λόγο χρήσης συσκευών υπνου
